1. Share your requirements
Tell us about the product, target pet, materials, quantity and any certifications you need. The more detail you share, the faster we can quote accurately.
2. Confirm materials and design
We recommend suitable materials and send a quote. For custom products, we produce design drafts and a tech pack for your approval.
3. Sample and review
We ship a pre-production sample. You inspect it and approve it in writing u2014 the approved sample becomes the quality reference for mass production.
4. Production and inspection
Mass production runs with in-line checks. Before shipment, a pre-shipment inspection confirms the order meets the approved sample.
5. Packaging and shipment
We pack to your specifications, prepare export documents and arrange consolidated shipping to your destination port or warehouse.
