Pre-shipment transparency
Before any order ships, we share inspection results, loading photos and carton counts so you know exactly what is on its way. The pre-production sample you approved stays on file as the quality reference.
Handling quality issues
If an order does not meet the approved sample standard, contact us with photos and details within the agreed claim window. We review each case promptly and offer a fair resolution u2014 typically a replacement, credit or adjustment on the next order, depending on the situation.
Documentation and traceability
We retain production records, inspection reports and material certificates for each order. If you need documentation for customs, retail onboarding or a later quality audit, we can provide it on request.
