Quality and compliance are built into everything we make. Cloud Pet holds industry-recognized certifications and works to internationally accepted standards, so you can sell our products in your market with confidence.
Product safety certifications
Our products can be manufactured to meet the requirements of major market standards, including CE for the European Union, REACH for chemical safety, EN 71 for toy safety and ASTM F963 for the United States. Tell us your target market and we will confirm which certifications apply to each product.
Quality management
Our facility operates under a structured quality management system. We run AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspections on every order and welcome third-party inspection at any production stage.
Material compliance
We avoid PVC and phthalate-containing materials and prefer pet-safe alternatives such as natural rubber, food-grade stainless steel, memory foam and certified fabrics. Material test reports are available on request.
